HOW TO SHIP YOUR EQUIPMENT
CLEAN AND PACK YOUR EQUIPMENT
Before packaging your equipment, please clean your equipment. When packaging your equipment, I recommend using as much dunnage/padding as possible to prevent equipment from getting damage during shipping. It will be your responsibility to get your equipment to us in a secure package. We are not responsible for item/items broken during shipment. If an item/items are broken during shipping, we will contact you. It will be our responsibility to get your equipment back to you in a secure package.
CONTACT CRO’S SHARPENING SERVICE FOR SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
When shipping your equipment to us, I recommend adding insurance, providing us a tracking number, and contacting us so we will be expecting it. Upon shipping your equipment to you, we will provide Insurance, and a tracking number to you so you will know when to expect delivery. We will ship through the United States Postal Service. Once your package is in the postal service hands, any claims you file, you would need to settle with the Postal service. When shipping equipment to us please include First and last name, email address, cell phone number, return address where you want ship to, a list of every item/contents inside of your shipping container including any problems you are experiencing so it does not reduce the time we can complete the order and return it to you.
INTAKE ORDER PROCESS
Our quality control team will confirm the contents in the package then perform a sterilization process, a visual inspection and physical test will follow to determine if there are any parts such as the spring, blade socket or screws that require replacing. If your blade has broken teeth or the blade is worn to where there is not enough metal remaining, we will not sharpen it, we will contact you before returning it/them to you. Your blades/equipment will then be sharpened or repair and tested in the order it was received.
*All payment must clear before equipment is shipped to customer.
SCISSORS SHARPENING
After our initial intake process, we will sharpen your scissors then perform final testing and sanitization process before shipping back to you. Please do not send any scissors that are bent or major damage as we will send them back to you.
